I throw around blood sugar balance a lot in this Journal, but I don't want you to get overwhelmed by diet. Start by reducing sugar and processed foods. Then load up your plate with veggies, make some room for protein and fat, and then go from there. Without a little mindfulness, we tend to rely heavily on carbohydrates (pasta, anyone?) I'm not demonizing carbs or saying that bananas will cause breakouts, BUT we want a wide array of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our diet. More than pizza can offer. Just start with small changes and build from there. See! Easy, peasy.
